Course Overview
For every employee, ensuring revision is on track in the busy run up to exams it is often difficult. This one day prep-course will ensure that candidates are aware of the areas needed to focus on and will provide valuable hints and tips preparing them for their Managers exam.

The day will consist of revising the content and ISEB syllabus covered in both IT Service Support (ISS) and IT Service Delivery (ISD) courses and an invaluable walk-through of the case study to be used in that particular exam. This will ensure that candidates are fully prepared when they sit the exams.

Whilst the aim is to prepare the candidates for the ISEB Managers Certificate in IT Service Management, it is expected that candidates will have been managing their own revision programme prior to attending the course.

Course Objectives


Delegates will learn how to
- Be sure they have revised the salient points, concepts and diagrams of Service Management
- Cope with Examination requirements and logistics
- Be confident (not complacent!) that they are ready for the ISEB Managers’ examination

- The mock examination covers the eleven topics of ITIL Service Management.

- A Review of the key issues in each of the eleven ITIL Service Management disciplines.

- I.S.E.B. examination rules so the candidate is fully aware of the conditions in which the exam will be conducted.

- Exam techniques and last minute tips.
